Paul has appeared on Broadway as Hertz in Rock of Ages, Vittorio Vidal opposite Christina Applegate in Sweet Charity, Hook in Peter Pan opposite Cathy Rigby, Cecil B. DeMille in Sunset Boulevard with Glenn Close, Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast, Le Bret in CyranoNineVictor/Victoria and Sunday in the Park with George. Numerous Off Broadway appearances include Wintertime at Second Stage Theatre opposite Marsha Mason, the world premieres of No Way to Treat a Lady (cast album) and Lucifer in Martin Luther on TrialThe FantasticksMuch Ado About Nothing and The Cherry Orchard. National tours include Javert in Les Miserables and Sheldrake in Promises/Promises. Regional performances include The Count in the world premiere of Phantom by Yeston/Kopit, Flaminio Scala in the premiere of The Glorious Ones by Ahrens/Flaherty at PPT, Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady, Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha (Broadway World nomination), and Emil de Becque in South Pacific among others (2 Barrymore nominations for best actor) and Sacramento Music Circus. Other leading roles include La Mirada (LA Ovation Award nomination for best featured actor), Papermill, TUTS, Goodspeed, The Huntington Theatre in Boston and The Repertory Theatre of St Louis. His extensive voice-over career includes NBC, CBS, CNN, ESPN, National Geographic, The Oxygen Network,  multiple characters on Courage the Cowardly Dog for The Cartoon Network and extensive commercial campaigns such as, Shell Oil, Amstel Light, Campbells, Lysol and Canon.
